Frequently Asked Questions

  • Join by the 20th of any month to receive the following month’s delivery. Club mailings are assembled and posted shortly after the monthly cutoff date, and sign-ups made after the 20th will roll over to the next month’s edition.

    (For example: If you sign up on July 12, you’ll receive August’s Maine Mail Club package. If you subscribe on July 22, your first delivery will be September’s edition.)

  • Yes! Shipping is included in the subscription price. Each envelope will be affixed with a domestic lettermail stamp and sent via USPS.

  • Right now, we ship to U.S. customers only, and letters arrive 5-10 days from when we post them.

  • Once your package has been shipped, we are unable to take responsibility for mail that is lost or damaged.

    Please double-check your mailing address at checkout. If an envelope is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipment fee will be required to send that month’s edition again.

  • You can make changes through your Manage My Subscription portal, as long as it is made before the cutoff date, which is the 15th of the month.

  • The Maine Mail Club subscription is not eligible for return or exchange, but you can cancel your subscription anytime before the cutoff date, which is the 15th of the month.

  • Yes! Independently owned shops within an hour drive of Portland, Maine can order bulk shipments to stock in-store. Email me at hello@mainemailclub.com for more information.
